Together we change lives.

Kelly is a team of experts driven by our belief that the impact of the right person in the right job is limitless.

No matter where you are in your career journey, you can apply your knowledge and passion to move people, organizations, and communities forward. You’ll have opportunities to grow your expertise and capabilities, both professionally and personally. As a team, we celebrate inclusion, caring, and collaboration. As a company, we value your contribution, work with integrity, and always put people first — so your impact really will change lives.

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Executive Recruiter to support a global executive talent acquisition team, recruiting for leadership roles (managerial and executive roles below the CEO level) across multiple operating companies within the life sciences, diagnostics, biotechnology, and genomic medicine space.

This is a remote, in-house temp role and represents a high‑impact opportunity to partner with a large, highly matrixed organization during a period of strategic growth. The Executive Recruiter will manage full‑cycle recruitment for complex, high‑stakes leadership positions, requiring deep experience with executive search, offer structuring, and senior stakeholder engagement.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments and brings a strong corporate recruiting background with experience navigating sophisticated hiring processes.

What will you do:

  • Own full‑cycle executive recruiting for leadership roles across multiple business units, from intake through offer and placement
  • Source, screen, and assess executive‑level candidates, managing both new external pipelines and reengagement of candidates from prior recruitment efforts
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to align on role requirements, timelines, and hiring strategies
  • Coordinate and lead interview processes, including complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders
  • Manage advanced and nuanced offer negotiations, including base salary, sign‑on bonuses, equity, and creative compensation solutions
  • Create, refine, and update executive‑level job descriptions to accurately reflect role scope and organizational needs
  • Maintain candidate relationships throughout the process, delivering a high‑touch, consultative candidate experience
  • Utilize applicant tracking and CRM tools to manage pipelines, reporting, and compliance
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure alignment, speed, and delivery against evolving business needs

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Proven executive recruiting experience (required), ideally within a corporate or enterprise environment
  • Experience managing complex offer structures and executive‑level negotiations
  • Ability to recruit across multiple disciplines and business units, rather than a single functional specialty
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive decisions at senior levels
  • Experience operating in structured, process‑driven environments with a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and communication skills in a fast‑moving setting
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams

Base pay range for this position is $29 to $49 per hour. Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.

Total compensation package including benefits as applicable to the position – understanding that each person has unique professional and personal needs focused on your total well-being.  Explore our range of benefits at:  Kelly Services | People Regular Staff
