Effective July 1, 2025 in accordance with the applicable Memorandum of Understanding, the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025) was implemented in response to the status of the State budget. PLP 2025 requires each full-time employee in Bargaining Unit R19, and related Excluded, Exempt and Statutory Exempt employees, will have their base salary reduced by 3 percent and will receive 5 PLP 2025 leave credits monthly through June 2027. Salaries do not reflect the recent changes.

CCHCS seeks to fill a Permanent/Full-time Pharmacist I position in the Medical Services, Central Fill Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Workforce Support.

Under the direction of the Medical Services, Pharmacy Services, Clinical Pharmacist Workforce Support Pharmacist II, the Pharmacist I promotes rational and cost-effective drug therapy through close participation in the drug therapy decision-making process with assigned physicians and other medical personnel. Under indirect supervision, provides clinical pharmacy services using approved protocols in collaboration with other health professionals, including managing patient drug therapy, and providing patient education. Educates providers, pharmacists and other health care professionals re: pharmaceutical care. Travel is required.

Ability to: Compound prescriptions and stock pharmaceutical preparations; supervise the work of others; keep records and prepare reports; analyze situations accurately and take effective action; assimilate and provide information on drugs and their actions; effectively contribute to the department's affirmative action objectives.
