Sr. National Account Manager – Home Builder | Hawthorne, California | Remote-Friendly | $129,300 - $213,800 We're working with a world-renowned leader in smart home security and IoT innovation on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a high-impact sales leader to redefine the "connected home" by forging massive partnerships with the nation’s largest residential developers.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI technology and the physical construction world, ensuring that the homes of the future are built with security at their core. You’ll leverage advanced AI-driven market intelligence and predictive analytics to dominate the new construction market and scale Ring’s footprint across North America.
The Role - Spearhead strategic growth with top-tier national homebuilders (such as Lennar and Taylor Morrison) using AI-powered analytics to optimize partnership performance and predict builder requirements.
- Drive new business development by utilizing AI market analysis and predictive modeling to identify and capture high-potential regional and national builder accounts.
- Lead complex, multi-year contract negotiations and program development, ensuring Ring products are the standardized choice for new residential communities.
- Partner with internal product and engineering teams to implement machine learning (ML) workflows that automate routine partnership tasks and enhance the customer service experience.
- Dominate the market landscape by monitoring competitor activity through AI-powered sentiment analysis and automated competitive tracking systems.
What You'll Need - 5+ years of professional experience in National Account Management, Strategic Sales, or Business Development within the smart home, IoT, or construction industries.
- Proven track record of closing high-value, multi-year contracts and managing complex stakeholder relationships at the executive level.
- Deep familiarity with AI-driven sales tools, including CRM automation, predictive modeling, and market intelligence platforms.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a strategic mindset capable of developing holistic account plans for massive scale.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical IoT benefits into clear value propositions for builders and homeowners.
