We are looking for an organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations for a Contract position based in Brooklyn, New York. This role is ideal for someone who communicates professionally, handles incoming inquiries with confidence, and keeps administrative tasks moving efficiently. The successful candidate will contribute to a well-run office environment through strong attention to detail, dependable coordination, and accurate record management.
• Manage front-office administrative activities and provide day-to-day support to keep operations organized and efficient.
• Respond to inbound phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and deliver courteous assistance to callers and visitors.
• Maintain accurate records by entering, updating, and verifying information in office systems and databases.
• Coordinate routine clerical tasks such as filing, document preparation, and general correspondence handling.
• Support reception coverage by greeting guests, managing incoming communications, and assisting with basic office requests.
• Monitor administrative workflows, track pending items, and follow up to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
• Prior experience in an administrative support, receptionist, or office assistant role.
• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and communicate clearly with internal and external contacts.
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with general office procedures and standard administrative tasks.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy office setting.
• Reliable organizational skills and the ability to maintain orderly records and documentation.
