Job Description

We’re seeking an Architectural Designer who can take residential projects from early concept through detailed construction documentation. This role supports a collaborative design studio focused on high-end custom residential work where precision, creativity, and strong technical documentation are essential. The ideal candidate is self-directed, experienced with Revit, and comfortable coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the entire design process.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from schematic concepts through construction documents
  
• Produce detailed working drawings and maintain model accuracy using Revit
  
• Prepare architectural plans, design details, and renderings that clearly communicate design intent
  
• Coordinate with consultants and engineers to ensure integrated project documentation
  
• Supervise and support junior design staff while maintaining project standards
  
• Participate in bidding support, contractor selection, and construction administration activities
  
• Maintain organized project documentation and adhere to internal QA/QC standards
  

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Revit required
  
• Experience with AutoCAD for architectural documentation
  
• 3–10+ years of architectural design experience
  
• Background supporting residential projects, preferably high-end custom homes
  
• Experience across all design phases including Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents
  
• Strong project management and organizational skills
  
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors effectively
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
  
• Experience supporting construction administration activities is a plus
