Job Description

Join a dynamic manufacturing team specializing in the assembly of HVAC units for commercial buses. As an assembler, you will work collaboratively within a dedicated team of 4-5 people on various lines and cells on the production floor. Your role involves assembling specific sections of HVAC units using hand and power tools, ensuring each section meets quality standards before advancing to the next team. The HVAC units vary in size, requiring attention to detail with small, medium, and large parts. The work environment is equipped with all necessary tools and is overseen by both a team lead and a supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assemble specific sections of HVAC units as part of a team.
• Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently.
• Ensure each section meets quality standards before progressing.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain assembly line flow.
• Adhere to detailed written and verbal instructions.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in reading and following detailed instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing setting.
• Prior experience on an assembly line.
• Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes.

Work Environment

Work in a clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled facility with state-of-the-art amenities including a breakroom, lobby, and offices. The production floor is organized and spacious, providing an enticing environment to work. The 1st shift operates Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with occasional overtime till 5 p.m. Most Saturdays are voluntary, offering additional hours depending on workload, with a typical start at 7 a.m. and end by 2:30 p.m.

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

The pay range for this position is $35360.00 - $35360.00/yr.

DP placement Weekly pay 401k match

This is a fully onsite position in York,PA.

This position is anticipated to close on Mar 27, 2026.
