Job Description
Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $45 - $50 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
• strong data analysis skills
Ability to extract, validate, and interpret data to produce accurate metrics (volumes, timeliness, backlogs, exceptions, trends).
• Advanced Excel / data tooling proficiency
Experience with pivot tables, formulas (e.g., lookups, conditional logic), data cleansing, and basic automation; comfort working with large datasets from multiple sources.
• Understanding of due diligence and AML/KYC processes
Familiarity with customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, risk ratings, reviews, and regulatory timelines to ensure metrics align with operational reality.
• Attention to detail and data integrity
strong quality control mindset to ensure metrics are complete, accurate, and defensible for audits, exams, and senior management reporting.
• Process mapping and workflow awareness
Ability to understand end to end due diligence workflows and identify where metrics should be captured, interpreted, and explained.
• Reporting and communication skills
