RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We’re looking for a reliable Maintenance Worker to help keep our outdoor areas clean, safe, and well-maintained in Tyler, TX with $15/hr pay for a 3 months contract (temp only). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outside and takes pride in keeping grounds looking their best. If you have the required skills, APPLY NOW!

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40+ hours/week; must be open to weekends)

Dress code: jeans, polo or long-sleeve shirt, and work boots

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform general grounds maintenance, including weed eating and trimming
• Maintain outdoor areas to ensure they are clean and presentable
• Follow safety guidelines while operating equipment
• Support overall site upkeep as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience using weed-eating equipment required
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
• Ability to follow safety procedures
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Must be comfortable with outdoor role in varying weather conditions
• Must be good with physical work including walking, standing, and equipment use
