Certified Medication Aide 
Per Diem, Part-Time, Full-Time | $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

What You’ll Do as a Certified Medication Aide: 

• Safely administer medications in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
• Ensure proper medication dosage, timing, and documentation
• Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and report concerns promptly
• Communicate effectively with nurses, healthcare providers, residents, and families
• Support residents with compassion, dignity, and respect in a memory care setting

What You'll Need: 

• Current New Jersey certification as a Nurse Aide, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Assistant
• Completion of a NJ Department of Health–approved Medication Aide training program and successful exam completion
• Experience in memory care, assisted living, or senior care preferred but not required 
• Must be 18 years of age or older 
• Ability to work collaboratively in a resident-centered care environment
