Responsibilities

This position assists with several areas of the business including client communication, sales support, marketing initiatives, community engagement, and general business operations. The role helps execute business plans, assist with event coordination, support the training team with administrative tasks, and help maintain a strong presence within the local community.

  • Comfortable speaking with clients and assisting with sales calls
  • Ability to plan and coordinate community events or outreach opportunities
  • Self-motivated with the ability to execute tasks and follow through on business plans

This position can also be a great fit for someone who loves the dog training industry but is ready to shift their focus toward helping grow a business, building relationships in the community, and supporting a team behind the scenes.

We are looking for someone who loves people, loves dogs, enjoys being part of the community, and finds satisfaction in organizing, planning, and executing ideas that help a business grow.

Work Environment

This is a remote position, and most work can be performed from home. The role does require local travel within the Columbia area for community outreach, events, and team coordination. Occasional travel to the Upstate home office and attendance at company conferences throughout the year may also be required.

Compensation

  • Starting pay: $17/hour (full-time)
  • Sales commission based on performance
  • Opportunities for raises and increased responsibility based on performance
