As a recognized builder in the region, we're expanding our footprint and looking for a Construction Sales Representative to help take the company to the next level.
This role is ideal for someone with a construction background who is passionate about serving clients and bringing projects to life, from initial conversations through signed contracts.
Success is measured by revenue, conversion, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct site visits and assess project needs
- Support or prepare project estimates
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
- Reliably convert active Sales Pipeline into closed sales
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Build strong client relationships that drive referrals and repeat business
- Develop new business through networking, prospecting, and events
- Participate in daily sales training sessions.
Requirements - Experience in residential and/or commercial construction. Blueprint reading and estimating skills are highly desirable
- Proven sales experience; ideally within construction, with real estate/architecture as a strong alternative
- Strong drive, proactivity, and focus on hitting and exceeding targets
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and develop client relationships
- Experience with CRM tools, including strong organization and follow-up skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally to job sites and client meetings
Compensation & Benefits - Employment type: Full-time position
- Compensation: $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission (typical first-year earnings up to $150,000). Additional incentives: Up to $20,000 in performance-based bonuses.
