Job Title: Contract RecruiterJob Overview:Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our client to support high impact hiring efforts for call center and operational teams. This role plays a critical part in building strong talent pipelines and delivering timely hiring results in a fast paced environment. The recruiter will manage full cycle recruiting activities while partnering closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs. This is a remote contract position supporting teams across EST and CST time zones.
Compensation:$30.00 per hour
Work Schedule:Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities of the Contract Recruiter:- Drive full cycle recruiting efforts for high volume call center and operational roles, from sourcing through offer support
- Conduct frequent phone screens and interviews to evaluate skills, communication style, and alignment with team needs
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing methods and consistent outreach
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and deliver well summarized candidate recommendations
- Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records within the applicant tracking system while supporting process improvements
Qualifications and Skills for the Contract Recruiter:- Two to three years of recruiting experience supporting high volume customer service, call center, or operational hiring
- Prior exposure to financial services, banking, or mortgage environments is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast paced setting
- Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting workflows
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship building skills with an energetic recruiting approach
