Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing budgets associated with the Department of Agriculture & Food Science
• Ensuring proper purchasing procedures are followed and keep accurate, up-to-date records of accounts
• Serve as a point of contact for potential students, current students, faculty/staff, and alumni for the department
• Responsible for general administrative duties that include word processing, spreadsheets, filing, generating reports, supervising office student workers, managing calendars, and oversight of ordering and stocking office supplies
• Assist in organizing department events, departmental recruiting, and developing course schedules

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience

Hourly Rate: $20.51-22.56
