We're looking for a Copywriter who lives for the "aha!" moment. Someone who can jump from high-level brand concepting to the nitty-gritty of conversion-driven digital content without losing their voice in the process.

The role:

Concepting & campaign execution

• Lead the charge on conceptual development for integrated campaigns. You'll partner with designers and creative directors to dream up the ideas that stand out and make an impact across every touchpoint (and maybe even win awards).
• Write punchy, attention-grabbing copy for paid media, social, and out-of-home ads that demand a second look.
• Transition seamlessly into long-form storytelling, including blogs, whitepapers, and editorial content that builds trust and authority.

Strategic collaboration

• Toggle between diverse client industries, translating complex value props into human, relatable stories regardless of the audience.
• Work hand-in-hand with designers and strategy to ensure the marriage of copy and visuals is seamless and impactful.
• Partner with SEO and Analytics teams to ensure your creative isn't just smart, it's effective. You'll use data to sharpen your hooks and refine your narratives.
• Be open to feedback and work closely with creative directors, designers, strategists, and client service pros.

Research & evolution

• Dig deep into our clients' businesses, their customers, competitors, and products to shape content strategy.
• Harness the power of AI to get the juices flowing or work more efficiently but use your superpowers to ensure your work is smart, ownable and nailing the brief.
• Maintain sky-high standards for copywriting, editing, and proofing to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, with a book showing range from smart campaigns and substantive long‑form work
• Proven ability to craft brand stories; stays current on industry/cultural trends; customer‑centric mindset
• Versatile writer who adapts tone and style for different audiences, channels, and industries (B2C and B2B)
• Collaborative "yes, and" approach; open to feedback and comfortable jumping into diverse projects
• Strong presentation skills; able to articulate creative rationale and align stakeholders/clients around the work
• Exceptional editing and proofreading; mastery of grammar and style with the judgment to break rules intentionally

A copywriting portfolio is required for submission.

Perks, Salary & Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - 90,000 USD. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and any potential offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process.
