The bakery prides itself on using high-quality ingredients and traditional recipes to create authentic flavors that keep customers coming back for more. We are excited to be opening a new location at Cafe Colombia Plaza (8100 S Orange Blossom, Trl Orlando, FL 32809-7670) and are building a strong team to bring the Fortuna experience to even more guests.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Fortuna Bakery is looking for a dependable and hardworking Dishwasher to support our busy kitchen team at our new Orlando location. This is a physically demanding role that’s essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, taking out trash, and keeping all work areas sanitized and organized. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, works well under pressure, and shows up ready to get the job done.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand
• Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is sanitized properly
• Take out trash and keep waste disposal areas clean
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning tasks as needed
• Support kitchen staff with restocking supplies and keeping stations tidy
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when needed
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Spanish language is a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $14 - $15 per hour based on experience and achievement

Schedule: Full-time & Part-time hours
