This role puts you directly in the middle of that demand. You will work one-on-one with small business owners, diagnose what they need, and deliver funding solutions that can change the direction of their business. Warm leads are provided daily, Training is structured over the 1st 2 weeks, and Coaching is done daily. You will maintain your own book of business and develop skills that raise your earning power permanently.

Compensation and Earning Potential

• Pay structure: 100% commission with uncapped earning potential
• Commission per deal: 20%–40%
• 2025 Midtown payouts: $20,000,000+ in broker commissions

Typical earnings:

• Month 1: $3,000 for most new brokers
• By 60 days: $6,000–$8,000+ per month for consistent performers
• Top performers: $10,000–$13,000+ per month
• Average Junior Broker (Midtown, 2025): $150,000+ year one
