Job Description



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team in Miami. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events that align with our brand and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept through completion
  • Manage event timelines, logistics, and vendor relationships

  • Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Track budgets and ensure cost-effective event planning
  • Maintain detailed records and post-event reports
