Your Mission : 
We’re searching for a Field Services Technician to join our nationwide team of Technicians responsible for traveling to our clients’ sites and providing technical and training support for all things related to our terminals.

We need an experienced POS/EFTPOS Technician. If you are someone who enjoys field service and who shares our commitment to getting the job done, whatever it takes we will love to have you.

Responsibilities

• Installing, upgrading, replacing, and de-installing EFTPOS terminals at merchant sites
• Provide on-site training to merchants
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Merchant support, field tech support, terminal moves & changes
• Planning and coordinating terminal rollouts
• Managing stock levels
• Staging and checking terminal configurations pre-roll out and install
• Assisting with the management of assets, and organizing the return shipping of terminals to head office or third party vendors.  

Qualifications :

• Customer support experience, and an ability to inspire confidence in our customers
• Computer or Point of Sale (POS) troubleshooting experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• PC or EFTPOS installation/repair experience
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands on time
• A full current Australian driver's license – Must
