What You’ll Do * Be a visible, active leader on the gym floor — engaging members, spotting opportunities to support their goals, and setting the tone through your own habits * Build strong relationships with members and staff by speaking the language of fitness, training, and consistency * Support membership growth and hit sales KPIs by creating a welcoming, motivating environment — service-driven, not sales-y * Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional member experiences * Oversee daily operations, cleanliness, safety, and facility standards * Manage reporting and budget awareness * Stay current on fitness trends, training principles, and industry best practices Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who brings fitness credibility and leadership energy to everything they do.
