Empowerment Academy Charter School is hiring ELA Teachers for the 2026-2027 School Year and beyond at our High School! As our school is growing, we will have vacancies at various grade levels for ELA and Writing. We will also have a vacancy for a dual teaching and department chair role at the 9th and 10th Grade Campus. You would still have a teaching load, but also take on the role of Department Chair over the ELA Department at the Lower High School Campus.

Base Salary: $70,500 - $90,000+
Department Chair Stipend: $3,500-$5,000
