Title: Home Cleaner

Pay: $20.00/hr base after (Paid training for 30-days at $19.00/hr)

Hours: Part-Time, 15-35 hrs per week.

Paycheck: W-2, Get paid every two weeks (direct-deposit)

Work Locations: Fernandina Beach, Yulee, Callahan, and surrounding areas.

Position Details:

• Part-time schedule (15-35 hours/week), with flexibility to balance personal commitments like family appointments or events.
• Work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET, cleaning up to 2 homes per day (about 10 homes per week max).

Responsibilities Include:

• Performing standard, deep, and move-in/out residential cleaning to create welcoming, spotless homes.
• Dusting, sanitizing, scrubbing, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and surface cleaning with an eye for detail.
• Handling additional tasks like interior appliance cleaning and inside window cleaning.
• Upholding high standards of professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction, keep clients happy, and maintain our 5-star review reputation.

Qualifications:

• A genuine love for cleaning and the satisfaction of making someone's home feel peaceful and bright.
• Enthusiasm for seeing the joy on clients' faces-whether it's a busy mom, professional, or elderly person-after a thorough service.
• Reliable transportation (must have a vehicle) to travel to client homes in our service areas.
• Positive attitude, with the ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
• Availability Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM ET.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred, but training provided for motivated individuals.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and with strong physical stamina.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Pay and Benefits:

• Competitive pay: $20.00 to $25.00 an hour. (Paid Training for first 30-days at $19.00/hr during your first 4 weeks of paid training, then automatic pay-raise to $20.00/hr with growth potential up to $25/hr. based on performance.
