This amazing opportunity is perfect for someone who is passionate about solving technical problems and loves to work with their hands. As a Controls Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing equipment issues, reading electrical diagrams, and maintaining HVAC/R and associated electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

- Programming experience in any language (e.g., Visual Basic, IFix, Sequel)

- Troubleshooting AC/DC electrical systems

- Reading electrical diagrams or schematics

- Maintaining HVAC/R and associated electrical systems

- Proficiency in troubleshooting and fixing equipment issues

Essential Job Functions:

- Plan, select, test, install, and maintain equipment

- Convey technical information effectively

- Find creative solutions to complex problems

- Work with little to no supervision

- Strong written and oral communication skills

Skills:

- Familiarity with Building Automation Systems, specifically, Niagara and Tridium

- Proficiency in AutoCAD or CAD software

- Mechanical proficiency with hand tools
