Salary Range: $54,000 - $83,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Qualify and develop inbound leads from marketing campaigns and direct inquiries.
• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify new business opportunities within target markets.
• Prepare and deliver accurate product quotes, proposals, and sales presentations to customers.
• Process sales orders, manage customer accounts, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain a deep understanding of manufacturing products, services, and industry applications.
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer data, and forecast sales.
• Collaborate with outside sales, engineering, and production teams to meet customer needs.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales or B2B sales, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial products, or supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical product information clearly.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing processes or industrial products.
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for order processing and inventory lookup.
• Ability to interpret basic technical specifications or product drawings.
• Background in complex quoting or configuring custom solutions.
