Job Description

As an Inventory/Title Admin at Patriot CDJR Pryor, you will play a crucial role in managing dealership inventory and ensuring accurate titling of vehicles. This position involves coordinating with various departments to maintain up-to-date records, processing vehicle titles, and supporting the team to optimize inventory flow and compliance. Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for all dealership vehicles.
• Process vehicle titles and registration paperwork in compliance with state regulations.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and finance departments to facilitate smooth titling and inventory updates.
• Track inbound and outbound vehicle shipments and update systems accordingly.
• Resolve discrepancies in inventory and titles promptly and effectively.
• Communicate with state agencies and third-party vendors as needed for title processing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in inventory management and titling.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and inventory management software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
