Job Description

Join a leading Minnesota-based landscape design/build firm recognized for delivering exceptional, high-end outdoor environments. As a Landscape Designer, you will play a pivotal role in both designing and selling innovative outdoor spaces, working directly with clients from initial concept through project completion. Responsibilities

  • Generate and close a minimum of $600K in annual landscape design/build sales
  • Actively prospect and secure new clients to grow your portfolio
  • Lead clients through the entire design and sales process, from initial consultation to signed contract
  • Create compelling 3D landscape designs and deliver engaging presentations
  • Utilize the Outdoor Selection Center to enhance the client experience and increase project close rates
  • Manage client relationships throughout the design, sales, and installation phases
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Represent the company brand with professionalism and confidence in all client interactions

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape design/build
  • Proven track record of high-volume sales performance in the landscape industry
  • Strong ability to both design and sell landscape projects
  • Proficiency in 3D design software (experience with Dynascape preferred)
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven

Compensation

Base salary plus commission with high earning potential.
