Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Location: Indiana
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits

Job Summary

This full-time telehealth role gives Licensed Clinical Social Workers the opportunity to provide practical, client-focused therapy from a remote setting. You will work with adults seeking support for mental health symptoms, emotional stress, coping skills, relationships, and major life changes.

The day-to-day work includes meeting with clients by video, listening carefully to their concerns, helping them set realistic goals, and guiding them through treatment at a pace that fits their needs. This position is ideal for an LCSW who values consistent hours, professional structure, and the ability to provide quality care without the commute.

Responsibilities

• Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients in Indiana
• Complete clinical assessments and gather relevant client history
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and related concerns
• Track client progress and update treatment goals as needed
• Complete progress notes and required documentation in a timely manner
• Support clients in developing coping strategies and healthier daily routines
• Respond appropriately to risk, crisis, or safety concerns
• Follow all state, ethical, and privacy standards for clinical practice

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in Indiana
• Previous clinical therapy experience required
• Experience with telehealth services preferred
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
