Job Description

Logicool Air Solutions is seeking a Junior Lead Installer to join our installation team. This role is designed for individuals who may not yet have HVAC installation experience but do have relevant construction experience and are ready to step into a fast-paced, physically demanding, high-expectation environment.

This is a training path to full Lead Installer . If you are disciplined, coachable, physically capable, and serious about building a long-term career in HVAC installation, this role is built for you.

Compensation (Training & Performance-Based)

This role is designed for individuals progressing into a Lead Installer position.

• $65,000 – $80,000 expected year-one earnings.
• Compensation increases as skills, responsibility, and production increase.
• Extensive training provided.
• Required tools provided for the right individual.

Who We’re Looking For:

You are a strong candidate if you:

• Have relevant hands-on experience (framing, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, construction, or similar trades).
• Are physically capable of demanding labor.
• Can lift heavy equipment and materials regularly.
• Can work in high heat and confined spaces for extended periods.
• Are coachable, dependable, and accountable.
• Can handle pressure and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment.

No HVAC experience required—but you must be willing to learn fast and follow processes exactly.

What Makes This a Junior Lead Role

As a Junior Lead Installer, you will:

• Work directly under experienced Lead Installers.
• Learn HVAC installation standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Assist with system change-outs and full installations.
• Gradually take on lead responsibilities as training progresses.
• Be evaluated on quality, speed, organization, and professionalism.

This role exists to develop future Lead Installers , not to stay entry-level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in residential HVAC system installations.
• Load, unload, and move equipment and materials.
• Prepare job sites and maintain organization throughout installs.
• Follow all Logicool installation standards and safety procedures.
• Work efficiently in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops.
• Communicate clearly with Lead Installer and team members.
• Maintain clean work areas and professional job sites.
• Perform assigned tasks with no hand-holding.

Schedule:

• Full-time.
• Primarily weekday installations.
• Overtime and some weekends as required.

Requirements:

• Relevant construction or trade experience (non-HVAC acceptable).
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical labor daily.
• Ability to work in extreme heat and physically demanding conditions.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Clean background.
• Drug-free.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
