salary: $20 - $21 per hour

work hours: 11 PM - 7:30 AM

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line equipment to ensure continuous and efficient operation
- Lead and coordinate the line team, placing talent in the right roles for peak performance
- Report equipment issues to the maintenance team and ensure timely resolution
- Conduct regular quality checks to maintain production standards
- Track production output and report metrics as needed
- Keep line materials stocked and organized to minimize downtime
- Enforce all safety, GMP, and food quality standards
