Job Description

Seeking a mail room clerk for a 2 month long assignment on a W2. This will be a part time assignment at around 20 hours weekly.                                                                                                                                                                                      

salary: $17 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the daily log and count of mail received
• Reviewing and identifying consumer feedback letters versus junk mail
• Scanning letters and uploading them into SharePoint
• Communicating with vendors regarding returned letters
• Assisting with stuffing letters with coupons, as the team is currently approximately 5,000 letters behind
• Providing vacation coverage for fulfillment duties

Please note that scanning letters will require periods of standing at the printer.
