Mechanical Assembler

Job Overview

We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to perform basic assembly of industrial paint sprayers in a clean, modern manufacturing environment. You’ll work with power and hand tools, follow computer-based work instructions, assist with labeling and packaging, and collaborate with a small team on the assembly line.

Responsibilities

• Assemble industrial paint sprayers using power and hand tools
• Read and follow digital work instructions
• Assist with labeling and packaging tasks
• Work collaboratively with a team of 4–8 assemblers

Required Skills

• 1+ year of experience in manufacturing
• Mechanical assembly experience
• Proficiency with power and hand tools
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
• Basic computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude (e.g., home renovations, auto repair, similar hands-on work)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, MN.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
