**Job Description:**
We are looking for a full-time **Meta Ads Expert** to manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate is results-driven, data-oriented, and experienced in creating profitable ad campaigns for lead generation or e-commerce.
**Responsibilities:**
* Plan, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
* Conduct audience research and targeting
* Create, test, and optimize ad creatives and copy
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI
* Scale winning campaigns effectively
* Analyze data and provide performance reports
* Stay updated with Meta Ads trends and policies
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
* Strong understanding of Ads Manager and campaign optimization
* Experience with A/B testing, scaling, and retargeting strategies
* Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
* Good communication and reporting skills
**Preferred Skills:**
* Lead generation / traffic generation
* Conversion tracking and funnel optimization (Pixel, events)
* Copywriting and ad creative strategy
* Experience with multiple niches (e-commerce, coaching, OFM, etc.)
