Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are hiring an Online Korean speaking - English Teacher  to provide customized online lessons to our clients.

What We Offer 
You will have an active and independent role as a language teacher.
Once onboarded, you'll have access to the teachers' platform and receive offers. With the assistance of your Talent Success Coach, you can accept the classes that match your schedule and preferences. You have complete control over your lessons, and we don't require a minimum number of hours weekly or monthly.

• Availability: Weekdays 1pm-3pm PDT
• Preferred start date: ASAP
• Lesson Frequency: 3-4 x a week
• Lesson Duration: 1hour / 1h and 30 min
• Current Location/ Time Zone: Mountain View, CA
• Preferred platform: Any
• Current target language level: Intermediate
• Language spoken at home: Korean
• Student’s language needs and goals:  Improve listening and speaking ad learning more about US working culture. The lesson topics should focus on building vocabulary, listening comprehension tips and strategies, reading and writing, pronunciation and local accents, common phrases native speakers use every day, slangs, conversations with native speakers, safety and emergency information, sharing feedback and opinions, job-related vocabulary, presentation tips, texting, business culture, business language, how to learn a language faster and phone calls. He would like to have lessons planned meaning having a study time plan.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
• Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
• Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners towards learning goals
• Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
• To have a degree or certification in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second language acquisition, or related field
• To have a minimum of two years of experience teaching English
