Job Description

As a Parking Lot Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the parking lot, providing exceptional service to customers while maintaining order and efficiency. You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, making your role crucial in creating a positive impression and ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors. Your dedication to excellent service and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the success of our parking operations. This position pays hourly $16.00 to $18.00 (depends on experience) plus tips. 

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers as they arrive and assisting them with parking instructions.
• Directing traffic within the parking lot to ensure safe and efficient flow.
• Assisting customers with locating available parking spaces, especially during peak hours.
• Monitoring parked vehicles to ensure compliance with parking regulations and addressing any violations.
• Providing information and directions to customers as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the parking lot area, including picking up litter and debris.
• Reporting any maintenance or security issues to management promptly.
• Cooperating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, especially during busy periods.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience in a customer service role preferred but not required.
