About the role

Legacy Assurance Plan is a trusted estate planning firm that has helped families protect what they’ve built for over 40 years. You’ll speak with people who have already requested information and help them take the next step by setting appointments with our advisors. ​

What you’ll do

• Call warm leads using our outbound dialer to follow up with people who requested estate planning information.
• Have friendly, low-pressure conversations that answer basic questions and build comfort.
• Follow a simple, proven script to qualify interest and schedule appointments for our sales representatives.
• Record call results and appointments accurately in our Windows-based CRM.
• Handle basic objections and stay within clear company and industry guidelines.
