Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily assembly and sewing operations in a fast-paced flag and banner manufacturing facility . This role oversees a team of 20 employees ensuring high-quality production efficient scheduling and consistent on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily sewing embroidery and assembly operations for flags and banners
• Supervise and lead a production team of 20 employees (staffing scheduling performance)
• Develop and execute production plans and schedules to meet output targets
• Optimize material flow and inventory to prevent shortages and delays
• Partner with sales and customer service to resolve quality issues
• Serve as subject matter expert on banner/flag assembly and finishing
• Maintain quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years (5 preferred) in production management within embroidery textile or sewn products manufacturing
• Hands-on experience in flag/banner assembly embroidery or textile finishing
• Proven leadership managing 20 direct reports in a manufacturing environment
• Strong experience with production planning scheduling and material management
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Preferred Background:

• Embroidery shops textile manufacturing apparel production or signage companies with embroidery/finishing operations
• Demonstrated success in improving production efficiency quality and on-time delivery

Work Environment:

• On-site role in Dover NJ (ZIP 07801)
• Candidates should be within a 3045 minute commute
