Salary Range: $51,000 - $78,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for diverse manufacturing roles, including production operators, skilled trades, and engineers.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit within a manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer extension, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and report on key recruitment metrics.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for critical and hard-to-fill manufacturing positions.
• Stay informed about manufacturing industry trends, labor market conditions, and compensation benchmarks.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for various manufacturing roles (e.g., production, engineering, skilled trades, operations).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing environments, processes, and associated technical skill requirements.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing techniques for niche roles.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills, including behavioral and technical screening.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with common manufacturing processes and terminology.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, production, or engineering roles within a manufacturing setting.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Proficiency in a second language relevant to the local workforce.
