Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creates an outstanding candidate experience from initial candidate contact to job offer that is efficient and aligned with our values.
  • Utilises global tools, programs and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for assigned and anticipated vacancies
  • Communicates effectively and proactively throughout the recruiting process
  • Builds and maintains manageable talent pools in software systems
  • Screens, interviews and prepares candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline
  • Fosters and managers effective relations with stakeholders within the country organization to ensure alignment with sourcing strategies while managing stakeholder expectations
  • Integrates the Diversity, Equality and Inclusion approach and knowledge into the recruitment

Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role or industry
  • Communicating effectively in verbal and written communication. Fluency in English is a must. Preference will go to applicants who are bilingual (English &; French).
  • Building virtual collaborative relationships to facilitate current objectives
  • Acting without needing direction from others – ability to work independently, take initiatives and responsibility, but also a team-player
  • Knowledge of hiring talent on assignments and projects in an agile way to meet the demands of the rapidly changing business environment
  • Knowledge of identifying, assessing, selecting and hiring suitable candidates for a job at company
  • Knowledge of candidate behaviors and labour market trends
  • Knowledge of interview techniques to assess candidates
  • Knowledge of company corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation
