Job Title: Remote Customer Service & Live Chat Representative

Location: 100% Remote

Salary: $24 - $29/hr

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and proactive Remote Customer Service Representative to assist customers via live chat, email, and phone. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, love helping people, and want to work from home.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
Resolve issues with patience, professionalism, and empathy
Document interactions accurately in CRM systems
Provide product information and troubleshooting guidance
Collaborate with the team to improve customer experience

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Comfort using chat software, CRMs, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Prior customer service or live chat experience preferred
