Now Hiring: Outside Sales - Fire Alarm / Special Hazards $60K-$80K Base + Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a high-level Fire Alarm / Special Hazards Sales Specialist with a strong technical background who can confidently quote, sell, and close complex projects.

This is not entry-level sales - this role requires deep industry knowledge and the ability to handle detailed repair proposals, system retrofits, and occasional new installations.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and maintain relationships with commercial & industrial clients Accurately quote complex fire alarm repairs and retrofits Sell special hazard systems and advanced detection solutions Review plans, specs, and field conditions to build detailed proposals Close high-margin service and project work Collaborate with operations, technicians, and project managers Drive revenue growth within your assigned territory

✅ What We're Looking For

8+ years of Fire Alarm / Special Hazards industry experience Strong technical understanding of fire alarm systems and code compliance Proven track record closing repair, retrofit, and installation projects Ability to build accurate, profitable proposals Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated hunter with consultative sales approach

Compensation & Benefits
