Job Title: Sales Recruiter
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sales Recruiter to join our client to support and accelerate sales hiring efforts during a period of increased demand. This contract role focuses on delivering timely, high quality talent for revenue driving positions while partnering closely with sales leaders. The recruiter will manage the hiring process from intake through onboarding and ensure a strong candidate experience throughout. This position is remote, with a preference for candidates aligned to CST and openness to MST or EST.
Compensation:
$35.00 to $38.00 per hour
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, normal business hours
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Recruiter:

• Partner with sales leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities
• Oversee end to end recruiting for sales positions from initial intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination
• Source and engage qualified sales talent using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and outbound outreach strategies
• Guide candidates through screening and interview stages while delivering a professional and consistent candidate experience
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity, pipeline data, and progress reporting within the applicant tracking system

Qualifications and Skills for the Sales Recruiter:

• Three or more years of experience managing full cycle recruiting responsibilities
• Prior recruiting experience within the SaaS industry or a similar technology driven environment
• Proven ability to recruit for sales roles such as account executives, strategic account managers, and sales leadership
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems, with Ripline exposure considered a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates
