Job Description

Tower Water is a long-standing water treatment company in need of additional staff to help us through our busy seasons. We are seeking candidates who are passionate about working with their hands, reliable, and have a can-do attitude. You must be a responsive individual that is enthusiastic about having a schedule that changes regularly and be able to adapt into all types of construction environments. This is a temporary, entry-level position, with high potential to be offered an opportunity to return for the Spring season. If a full-time position becomes available, we do review seasonal staff first.

We are hiring for our Fall season; this assignment could be extend based on our workload.

Assignment Dates 4/13/2026 to 6/19/2026

Requirements

• Start at our warehouse in Somerset NJ then travel to jobsites in NYC/NJ with Technician in company vehicle.
• Reliable and willing to meet the technician as early as 5:00 a.m. to travel to jobsites.
• Ability to lift 40-70 pounds.
• Work in high locations (not afraid of heights)
• Work in inclement weather/conditions (33°F to 102°F)
• Assist Technicians with tower cleanings and disinfections (protective equipment is provided).

• Assist Technicians to flush, clean, and treat piping systems using specialized equipment and chemicals.

• Connect hoses to simple systems.
• Run make-up & drain and disconnect them.
• Rolling of hoses.
• Load and unload work van.
• Other related tasks as directed by Technician or Field Manager.
• Submit to pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a physical

Qualifications :

• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required.
• Mus have work boots and pants.
• SST card preferred but not required.
• OSHA certification preferred but not required.
• Exhibits a "can-do" attitude in all facets of the business.
• Understands the value of reputation.
• Previous experience in pipe fitting and working on construction sites is preferred. Relevant experience in similar manual labor positions is welcome.

Benefits :

• As a seasonal employee you will accrue sick time. If you join the team as a full-time permanent employee, we will discuss all of the great benefits that Tower Water has to offer.
• Pay rate $22.00 per hour, with a guarantee of 25 hours per week . We guarantee a minimum of 25 hours per week as long as you do not call out and not during holiday weeks, or closings due to a state of emergency.
• Overtime after 40 hours, Saturdays are paid at overtime rate, Sundays are paid at double-time.

Bonus for completing the season properly.

• $1,000 Bonus paid upon completion of the full term of the assignment as stated above with perfect attendance, performing all instructed job duties safely and efficiently, being a supportive member of the team. and completing the assignment with zero injuries. Perfect attendance is considered reporting to work on time, every day, prepared and ready for work. There will be a one-time allowance for a single lateness up to 30 minutes, and a one-time allowance for a single lateness up to 10 minutes. Failure to meet these criteria will void the bonus.
• Uniform shirt, tools, & safety gear are provided. You will be responsible for dark colored work pants (no jeans) and hard-toe work boots.
• Gain industry training and experience.
