Position: Software System Validation Engineer (Onsite)
Location: Dallas, TX (Need local)
Duration: 6+ Months (C2H)

Job Description

Candidates must be willing to attend an onsite interview for their final round.

We are seeking a Software Systems Validation Engineer to play a vital role in developing next-generation HVAC solutions for commercial applications . You'll lead validation strategies, build automated test frameworks, and ensure embedded controllers meet the highest performance and reliability standards.

• 8+ years of system-level validation experience - embedded systems focus
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and RTOS
• Python - scripting and test automation proficiency
• Familiarity with protocols - UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, and BLE
• Advanced hardware-software debugging - oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers
• Experience developing Test Plans, Test Cases, Bug Reports, and Test Reports
• Ability to build and optimize automated test frameworks
• Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science , or related field
• Must be able to work without sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be willing to attend onsite final round interview

• Background in HVAC or industrial control systems
• Experience with manual and automated testing for functionality, performance, and reliability
• Root cause analysis and bug reporting skills
• Collaboration experience with hardware engineers and system architects
• Familiarity with cross-functional team environments
