As we continue to grow, we're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our field team as Solar Installation Technicians.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a hands-on career in the solar industry. No prior solar experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed.
Assist with the installation of residential solar panels and related equipment
Work alongside experienced technicians to complete projects safely and efficiently
Load, unload, and organize tools and materials at job sites
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
Travel to residential job sites throughout Central Texas
Maintain a clean and professional work environment
No prior solar or electrical experience required
Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines
Valid driver's license preferred
Hourly pay (based on experience)
