Job Title: Solar Installer

Job Description

We are seeking two dedicated solar installers to join our expanding team in Ohio. This role is open to individuals with varying levels of experience. Candidates should possess a positive attitude, proficiency with hand and power tools, comfort working on roofs, and a strong mechanical or electrical inclination. We are looking for individuals who are career-minded and have an excellent personality.

Responsibilities

• Install solar systems for both residential and commercial projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Perform mechanical and electrical tasks associated with solar installation.
• Travel within a 60-mile radius of Columbus, occasionally traveling further.
• Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety protocols.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of construction experience.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to work from heights.
• Clean driving record.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous solar installation experience is a plus.
• OSHA10 certification is advantageous.
• Journeyman license is beneficial.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dublin, OH.

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

Direct Hire. Small, growing company. 401k match, Health insurance. Company vehicle or milage paid for travel.

This is a fully onsite position in Dublin,OH.

This position is anticipated to close on Apr 17, 2026.
