Dental Sterile Processing Technician – Healthcare Team

$18–$24/hour | Full-Time | Professional Growth Opportunity

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Sterile Processing Technician a nd play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and supporting high-quality care. In this position, you will manage the cleaning, sterilization, and preparation of surgical instruments and medical equipment, helping our clinical teams provide efficient, safe, and precise patient procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment according to protocols
  • Inspect instruments for functionality, cleanliness, and damage before sterilization
  • Assemble surgical trays and instrument sets for procedures
  • Operate sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and washer-disinfectors
  • Maintain accurate sterilization logs and inventory records
  • Follow infection control and safety guidelines consistently
  • Coordinate with surgical and clinical teams to ensure instruments are ready for procedures
