Job Title:  Cashier

Reports to: Shift Lead/FOH Manager

FLSA Status:  Non - Exempt

Job Scope:

• Ability to serve guests quickly, efficiently, and courteously
• Must have superior customer service skills
• Must be able to plan, organize and multi task and maintain work station in a clean and orderly manner

Essential Functions:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Communicate by listening and speaking clearly, repeating the order once received by the customer to ensure accuracy
• Learn and convey large amounts of information to the guests regarding the food and drink menu
• Must consistently display a warm and friendly disposition
• Greet the guest within 15seconds, place order within 1 minute, fill drink orders within 30 seconds, package food in 6 minutes for breakfast, 8 minutes for lunch, and 12 minutes for dinner
• Constantly operate a touch screen point of sale system to accurately enter food and drink orders
• Able to move quickly maneuvering through a kitchen and service area
• Remain in a stationary position for up to 50% of a scheduled work shift
• Must be open to receiving instruction and altering behavior to adapt to instruction given
• Speak English clearly and accurately
