Overview
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) specializing in long-term care, traveling to Utica, New York. This travel assignment starts on 07/07/2026 and runs for 13 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,461 to $1,492 per week with 37.5 guaranteed hours. Shift is 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Days) with every-other-weekend requirements. Setting: skilled nursing facility providing long-term care services to adult residents.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult residents within the long-term care setting, within LPN scope of practice
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; monitor responses and document changes
- Conduct routine assessments, monitor vital signs, and report variances to the supervising RN
- Assist residents with activities of daily living while maintaining safety, dignity, and comfort
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans; participate in rounds and care conferences
- Document care using PointClickCare EMR; operate within the building’s unit float requirements as needed

Requirements
- Active NY Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting
- Ability to work the 6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. shift and float to all units within the building
- Experience with PointClickCare EMR preferred; willingness to learn if needed
- Experience with resident populations such as MS, orthopedic needs, dementia/memory care is a plus
