Responsibilities
- Set up CT imaging equipment and position patients for procedures according to department protocols.
- Perform a wide variety of CT examinations with independent judgment to obtain diagnostically useful studies.
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and age-appropriate care throughout imaging procedures.
- Verify orders, review patient information, and document examinations and results in the imaging records.
- Monitor equipment and quality, perform routine checks, and report malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with radiologists and radiology team to optimize image quality and workflow.
