Accounting Assistant

Position – Accounting Assistant
Job Location – Sheboygan, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp to Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm
Starting Pay – $23 per hour
Benefits – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus
Required Education – High School Diploma
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
As an Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the finance/accounting department.
Responsibilities
- Data Entry
- Invoice processing
- AR/AP
- Bank reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum HSD or equivalent required
- Proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Minimum 2 yrs accounting experience
