Assembler | Full-Time

⭐ What You’ll Do

• Assemble wire harnesses, D‑sub/D9 connectors, and small mechanical components
• Build and organize panel boxes following simple instructions
• Use basic hand tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers)
• Perform light soldering (we will train if needed)
• Follow work orders, diagrams, and prints
• Keep your station organized and contribute to a smooth production flow

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ year of experience in assembly, production, warehouse, or similar hands‑on work
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Able to follow written instructions, diagrams, or prints
• Good attention to detail and steady work pace
• Willing to learn new skills in mechanical and electronic assembly

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience with wire harnesses, connectors, or light soldering
• Ability to read simple blueprints or schematics
• Previous work in manufacturing, assembly, or repair

Work Environment

You’ll work in a clean shop that is not climate controlled. The team includes about 10–15 assemblers working at individual stations or cubicles. The environment is friendly, steady-paced, and ideal for someone who likes hands‑on, detail-oriented work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, VA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
